For YEARS my family dreaded winter, when the rains came we knew the leaks would follow. We have had numerous professionals repair damage and examine the cause of the leaks, only to be told time and time again that the root cause of the leaks couldn't be located and that re-roofing would be the only solution.Summer was also no picknick. The corrugated iron roof to our back room would heat up so much that the indoor air temperature would exceed bearable.On the brink of re-roofing, we decided to handball the issue to Terry and his son Sean. Since completing the work on our house, we have sat through our first winter in over a decade, with heavy rains and NO LEAKS! Not forgetting the significant heat reduction experienced during our hottest summer on record!Thank you for the great work!

Sean and Terry provided an excellent service, more than anything I was looking at reducing heat conduction from my roof into my house. The roof is waterproof, sealed and so much cooler than before. Even with really hot days the house is cool and comfortable. Highly recommended company.

Terry, Sean and the team at CCA are a great, professional group who did a wonderful job on our house. It was a complex project with difficult access and they did a super job of figuring out how to do it safely and in a timely way without impacting the neighbours. The CoolBond product itself is performing really well so far with a very noticeable drop in interior temperature, perhaps a 5-6 degree drop on a hot sunny day. Highly recommended.

BEE INVASION FIXEDAfter an invasion of bees inside, Terry and Sean went out of their way to seal our home. Their customer service, their solutions and quality of work deserve more than 5 stars. We cannot thank them enough because it was not an easy fix. Now, we are looking forward to getting our tin roof sealed and dropping the temperature on the second floor. I would recommend them to anyone.

We're thrilled with our roof restoration by CCA. The Cool & Dry roofing spray applied to our roof resulted in the immediate cooling of our home, exceeding our expectations. Sean and Terry completed the work prior to a run of 40C+ days during which we didn’t need to use our air-conditioner. Prior to the coating, we would have used the air conditioner daily. It’s been nearly 2 months now and we still have not needed to use the air-conditioner.As a bonus, the polycarb-roofed patio area, which previously retained heat into the night was extremely uncomfortable. Now its cooler and we’re now able to sit outside in comfort. Prior to the coating being applied to the roof, our cold water tap would run ‘hot’ for 2-3 minutes before turning cold due to the extremely hot roof space. Now the cold water comes through in a couple of seconds, so we’re no longer wasting water.Terry and Sean were professional right throughout the whole experience, answering any questions we had about the Solarproof cooling membrane and provided some problem solving with our gutters. Clear communication at each stage of the process was maintained ensuring a smooth process.
